Return Policy

At Lyfcarewellness, customer satisfaction is our priority. To ensure a smooth return process, please read our return policy carefully.

Conditions for Returns:

A product can only be returned / Replacement under the following conditions:

Our products cannot be returned or exchanged; however, in case of any issues such as receiving the wrong size or a damaged item, we will provide a replacement facility. Please refer to the details below

  1. Supporting documents required for returns, including images, invoice, original packaging, or the same polybag in which it was delivered
  2. If you wish to cancel the order before or after shipping, please contact our customer support team via chat within 7 working days.
  3. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled after 72 hours.
  4. Replacement requests should be made within 7 days of delivery
  5. In case of return cancellation, shipping charges are not applicable
  6. Shipping charges may be modified by Lyfcarewellness as per company policy
  7. We do not deliver outside India
  8. Return requests must be created through Lyfcarewellness.com via Chat – Link with chat option
  9. Customer returns must be sent to the Lyfcarewellness warehouse address.

Note: If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will refund your payment.

Refund Policy

Refund Methods:

1. Refund for Credit Card Payments:

  • If the payment was made via a credit card, the refund amount will be
    reflected in your credit statement within 5 to 7 working days.

Refund for COD Orders:

Customers must provide the following bank details for refunds:

  • Account Number
  • Account Holder Name
  • Bank Name & Branch
  • IFSC Code
  • PAN Card / Cancelled Cheque

Refund Mode:

All refunds will be processed via electronic funds transfer.

Refund Timelines:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-7 working days
  • Debit Card Payments: 7-15 working days
  • Net Banking Payments: 7-15 working days
  • COD Refunds: 7-15 working days
